Pizzeta®
Manufactured and frozen products are made from pre-baked dough according to a special FLUXUS recipe, prepared for baking after defrosting. FLUXUS pizzettas are made from the original Fast&Fine dough made from a mixture of Italian flour 0.0 granulate and domestic flour with extra virgin olive oil, premium Italian pelati and a selected mixture of quality cheeses and other finest ingredients, with refined taste and crispness. The dimensions of the pizzetta are 12,5×26 cm, and the weight varies from 205-215 g, depending on the type of the pizzetta.
