Viška Pogaccia®
A line of pre-baked frozen products that is a derivative of the traditional historical Croatian dish Viška Pogača, a cake originating from the island of Vis. The dish is filled with salty anchovies and capers and with a mixture of spices and purple onion jam. It is intended for preparation in a pizza oven or a bread oven, as well as in an ordinary hot air oven and a convection oven. After defrosting it is baked for 3 minutes at 365°C or otherwise (in an oven, in a pan with a lid etc.)
