Komiška Pogaccia®
A line of pre-baked frozen products that are derivatives of the traditional historical Croatian dish Komiška pogača from the island of Vis. Komiška pogača is filled with homemade tomato jam with the addition of spices and salted anchovies. It is intended for preparation in a pizza or bread oven, as well as an ordinary hot air oven and a convection oven. After defrosting, bake for 3 minutes at 365°C or otherwise (oven, pan with a lid etc.).
