Fast&Fine

Our manufactured and frozen products are made from pre-baked dough according to a special FLUXUS recipe, prepared for baking with prior defrosting. Our products are made for the original Fast&Fine dough made from a mixture of Italian flour 0.0 granulate and domestic flour, with extra virgin olive oil, top quality Italian pelati and a selected mixture of quality cheeses and other finest ingredients, with refined flavour and crispness. The quality is uniform, and the products are baked in a pizza or bread oven, and best of all: in an oven with special properties.
