Soparnik Premium®
A line of pre-baked frozen products which are derivatives of the traditional Croatian dish Poljice soparnik. They are prepared in a hot pizza or bread oven or in an ordinary hot air oven, first defrosted and then baked for 2 minutes at 365°C or otherwise (in an oven, pan with a lid or convection oven). They are produced in sizes of 31 cm and 18 cm in diameter.
